Hi! It's lovely to meet you!
Let me catch you up.

Early Childhood
Creativity has always been at the center of who I am. As a visual learner, I’ve always loved experimenting with new ideas and seeing them come to life—it’s how I make sense of the world. Growing up, my parents encouraged exploration and failure, allowing me to learn through experience, which has deeply shaped my approach to both work and life.
Undergraduate / Teaching
I earned my B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Temple University, with a concentration in Special Education. Everyone around me said I’d be a natural teacher—and in a lot of ways, I was. I loved creating hands-on lessons and seeing my students’ faces light up when something finally clicked. But as much joy as those moments brought me, once I left for the day, I realized how much I was struggling. I was emotionally and physically drained, and it became clear that staying in the classroom long-term wasn’t the right fit for me.
The Medical Cannabis Industry
That shift led me somewhere unexpected—the medical cannabis industry. What started as a job to pay the bills turned into one of the most transformative roles I’ve had. I began as a dispensary associate and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the science and impact behind the products. I loved making information more accessible, helping people understand how cannabinoids and terpenes could support their wellness goals. Later, as a Brand Ambassador, I got to use my visual and communication skills in new ways—creating educational and engaging pop up displays, and sharing market insights with the team. That role taught me the power of clear, thoughtful storytelling—something I now bring into my work in UX.
Masters of Business and Science
Right now, I’m working toward my MBS at Rutgers, where I’m focusing on UX Design. It’s been such a fun ride so far! The program has given me the tools to really dive into design, whether it’s creating intuitive mobile apps, testing usability, or refining visual elements. But it’s not just about the design—it’s also about understanding how it all works within a business context. I’ve taken courses on market analysis, leadership, and tech ethics, which have helped me think about design decisions from a bigger, more strategic perspective. It’s been a great way to balance creative thinking with the practical side of business.
The Future
I’m currently seeking a UX Design internship where I can continue learning, growing, and collaborating with others. I’m not chasing one perfect dream job—I’m chasing opportunities that challenge me, allow me to create with purpose, and make room for thoughtful, human-centered design. I’m excited to see what’s next.
